The Medical Assistant position is an administrative role within the Electrophysiology (EP) Department at the Heart and Vascular Clinic. This position will support both the Electrophysiology and Device Clinics and will play an important role in coordinating patient care and providing administrative support to the clinical team.
Responsibilities include managing in-basket communications, completing and processing a variety of forms and clinical documentation, and providing patient education related to electrophysiology procedures and care. The Medical Assistant will also assist with other administrative and patient-support tasks to help ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
