Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant who is skilled in both clinical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities 

• Greet and room patients
• Take vitals, medical histories, and document in EMR
• Assist providers with exams and procedures
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment
• Administer injections and perform basic laboratory tests (as permitted)
• Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient follow-ups
• Process referrals, authorizations, and medical records
• Ensure patient workflow runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
• Previous clinical experience: 3 years of experience in a specialty practice setting 
• Strong EMR skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, professional, and reliable
