Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems

Medical Assistant – Holiday, FL – Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support providers in a busy clinical setting. This role is responsible for assisting with patient care, front office support, and clinical tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service.


Medical Assistant – Holiday, FL – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist providers with exams and procedures
  • Obtain and record patient histories and vital signs
  • Prepare patients for examinations
  • Administer medications and vaccinations as directed
  • Perform basic lab testing and documentation
  • Manage patient scheduling and front desk duties
  • Answer patient calls and provide customer support
  • Maintain exam room cleanliness and supply inventory
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing support
  • Follow all clinical safety and compliance standards


Medical Assistant – Holiday, FL – Additional Qualifications

  •  EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinic
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
