Urgent Surgery Associates, PA (“URSA”) is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant serves as a key resource for physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), patients, and office staff by coordinating appointments, maintaining records, facilitating communication, preparing exam rooms, and supporting efficient office operations. This role will provide primarily front office support to our Grapevine location and may occasionally assist other sites. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the medical offices. Core hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Typically in-office Monday - Thursday & remote Fridays.
