Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Schedule TBD (NOTE: Shift differential available for this float position.)
Highlights of the position:
Compassionate, Collaborative Care - Demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and sound clinical judgment while supporting patients and the care team.
Direct Provider Support - Assist providers with patient care, treatments, and clinical decision-making to ensure smooth, high-quality visits.
Clinical Desktop & Chart Management - Conduct chart reviews, manage medication refills, and support pre-visit planning and other clinical requests.
Patient Preparation & Procedures - Room patients, maintain exam spaces, administer medications and vaccines, draw blood, and process labs under provider direction.
Quality & Compliance - Support adherence to quality standards and help implement best practices across the clinic.
Patient & Team Engagement - Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and clinic workflows while ensuring patients feel heard and respected.

Required:
Preferred:
CMA- Certification by the AAMA, or
RMA- Certification by the AMT, or
CCMA- Certification by the NHA.
Or prepared to certify within 60 days of hire.
