What You'll Do

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Review medical histories, medications, and allergies
• Prepare charts and exam rooms
• Assist providers during office procedures
• Administer immunizations and diagnostic testing as needed
• Process prescription refill requests and medication authorizations
• Coordinate labs, imaging, and follow-up records
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment
• Support a positive, patient-focused experience

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or medical training program
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• CMA or RMA certification preferred
• Strong computer and EMR skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
