Medical Assistant (MA) – Pain Management | Full-Time
Busy, growing pain management medical practice seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients and obtain vital signs
- Document medical history and update patient charts
- Assist physician during patient visits, including medical scribing
- Process prior authorizations
- Handle patient phone calls and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
- Strong computer skills and ability to work quickly within EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
- Pain management experience is a plus
Requirements:
- English proficiency
- Medical background
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay:
Negotiable based on experience
