Experience in Internal Medicine preferred.Job Type: Full-Time, TEMPPay: $23-24 per hourHours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pmJob DutiesThe Medical Assistant Combo is responsible for providing both front and back-office support to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients and visitors in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments to maximize provider efficiency, managing exam room flow, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, and preparing required documentation prior to appointments. The Medical Assistant Combo maintains patient confidentiality while fostering a safe, welcoming environment. Clinical duties include rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, reviewing and updating medical histories, administering injections, performing phlebotomy as needed, assisting providers during examinations and procedures, and supporting the delivery of quality patient care.
