Description

1. Take and record vitals of clients
2. Provide medical care in a professional, compassionate and effective manner, and in keeping with established standards.
3. Responsible for ordering medications
4. Maintain the security of medication in the storage and dosing areas, ensuring that all supplies are accounted for.
5. Monitor and document client medications from prescribing physicians both inside and outside of the organization.
6. Assist with administrative duties when needed
7. Attend in-services, staff meetings, and other staff functions as required by Supervisor.
8. Maintain a schedule approved by Supervisor.
9. Is reliable in work attendance, and follows Freedom House procedures when requesting planned or unplanned leave.
