    Medical Assistant / Clinical Assistant
    Location: Warren, OH (Physician Office)
    Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days per Week (33 Hours Total)
    • Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
    • Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • (Note: Fridays, nights, and weekends off!)

    Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties)
    • Clinical Support: Lead patient intake by efficiently rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, updating medication lists, and processing laboratory specimens.
    • Patient Coordination: Schedule patient procedures and surgeries, coordinate directly with surgical vendors, and actively manage physician block times.
    • Administrative Excellence: Ensure strict data integrity within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and manage complex insurance prior authorizations.
    • Compliance & Safety: Maintain absolute patient confidentiality and uphold all OSHA and The Joint Commission (TJC) safety standards.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care experience is preferred.
    • Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: We actively seek candidates with clinical backgrounds as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Technician.
    • Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is a plus, but we welcome all candidates with equivalent, relevant clinical healthcare experience.
    • Core Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced clinic settings, and proficiency navigating medical record databases.
