Schedule and confirm patient appointments manage calendars and coordinate follow-ups. Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Verify insurance information and process billing or payment transactions. Prepare and organize medical charts and documentation for providers. Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence promptly and accurately. Assist with basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs preparing exam rooms and sterilizing equipment. Support physicians and nurses with administrative tasks as needed.This is afull-time opportunity. Monday - Friday 900am to 530pmThe ideal candidate will have the following experience High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in medical office administration preferred. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus. Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health record EHR systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
