Belgrade Regional Health Center is seeking to hire a dependable Medical Assistant to join our dynamic and experienced team of medical professionals. The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, provide quality patient care, and be committed to the team is essential. Responsibilities include triage, immunizations, chronic disease management, laboratory functions, recording medical information, direct patient care and education, and medical record documentation.
Belgrade Regional Health Center, founded in 1977, is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers - a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. Located in the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region of central Maine, this position would place you amongst the picturesque chain of seven sparkling lakes and abundant streams. Belgrade is located only 15 minutes from Augusta, Maine's state capital, which offers numerous shopping opportunities and dining locations, and 25 minutes from the developing art scene in Waterville, home to both Colby and Thomas Colleges.
The selected candidate will receive competitive salary and benefits, and pension plan with employer match. The salary range for this role is $18.50-$27.75. This range reflects the full scope of the position across multiple experience levels and pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
