About the Role

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to support its Care Services/Clinical segment. This fully on‑site role involves direct patient interaction and clinical support for providers. Candidates must hold a Medical Assistant Certification and meet occupational health screening requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits

• Take and record vitals, weight, medications, and medical history

• Assist providers with daily clinical needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth patient flow

• Uphold clinic standards for professionalism, safety, and patient care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

• Medical Assistant Certification (Required)

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant

• Ability to work a 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, four days per week

• Must pass required occupational health screenings
