    The ideal candidate will support our providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks while delivering exceptional patient experience. If you are passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and contributing to a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!


    Responsibilities:

    ·  Assist providers in the delivery of aesthetic and medical procedures;

    · Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies prior to each patient encounter, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with infection control and safety standards;

    · Escort patients to examination or treatment rooms, obtain and document vital signs, medical history, medications, allergies, and other relevant information in the electronic medical record (EMR);

    · Prepare patients for procedures, explain treatment processes, and provide reassurance and support under the direction of a licensed provider;

    · Assist during aesthetic or medical procedures by preparing materials, handing instruments, and following provider instructions precisely;

    · Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the supervising provider and monitor patient comfort, promptly reporting any adverse reactions or concerns;

    · Accurately document all clinical interactions and patient data in the EMR in accordance with practice policies and applicable regulations;

    · Maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard protected health information in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws;

    · Ensure informed consent forms, treatment logs, and other required documentation are properly completed and stored;

    · Maintain treatment areas, instruments, and equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition, and assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed;

    · Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste and sharps in accordance with OSHA and state regulatory requirements;

    · Support workflow efficiency by coordinating with front office and clinical staff to optimize patient flow and scheduling;

    · Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as clinic policies, procedures, and compliance programs, including OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and patient safety standards;

    · Report any incidents, safety concerns, or compliance issues to the appropriate supervisor or compliance officer;

    · Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and continuing education to maintain professional competence and enhance skills relevant to aesthetic and medical assisting;

    · Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the image and standards of the practice;

    · Demonstrate courteous, empathetic, and professional communication with patients, providers, and staff;

    · Represent the practice with integrity, discretion, and commitment to patient care excellence;


    Qualifications:

    ·       Medical Assistant Certification (preferred).

    ·       Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

    ·       3+ years of experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining a client base.

    ·       Exceptional communication skills with strong follow-through.

    ·       Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is highly desirable.

    ·       Expertise in conducting consultations, cross-promoting services, and skincare products, with the ability to close sales effectively.

    ·       Proficient in using EHR software for healthcare systems.

    ·       Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and care.


    Work Schedule:

    This is a full-time position. The role is onsite with standard working hours, Tuesday to Saturday from 9am-6pm. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

     

    Compensation:

    The salary for this position ranges from $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
