What Youll Do
- Assemble and inspect small components with precision.
- Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment.
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete basic production records and documentation.
What Were Looking For
- A dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English.
- Comfort with standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
