P&F Machining, Inc., in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking Medical Assember, for our first shift, that will produce product to P&F standards and customer specifications. Job Summary:

The Medical Assembler packages, assembles, cleans, kits, ships and/or stocks products in accordance with P&F standards and customer specifications with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions:

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Medical Assembler consist of but are not limited to:

• Operate a forklift.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Comply with all quality policies and goals.
• Follow documented procedures and standards.
• Proper hand counting and the use of the ERP system to accurately enter both good and scrap quantities.
• Pay close attention to details including chips, cracks, missing features and discoloration. An ability to work well with hands on small parts is a must.
• Perform visual inspection of parts and materials.
• Tumble, clean and package products for shipping.
• Mix and monitor solutions for tanks used for product cleaning.
• Ensure cleanliness of tanks used for product cleaning.
• Proper disposal of hazardous waste.
• Light assembly and preparation for product finishing processes.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Independently manages and maintains workflow and priority requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• All essential functions must be performed in an efficient manner.
