What You'll Do as a Medical Assembler 1st & 2nd Shift:- Assemble medical device products and components according to established procedures and specifications
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing workstations and laser systems
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes, gauges, verniers, and micrometers
- Load fixtures, tools, and components into production equipment and manufacturing systems
- Complete pre- and post-process operations, including product fabrication, assembly, and cleaning
- Train and support team members on manufacturing processes and workstation operations
- Follow GMP, quality, safety, and documentation requirements while identifying and communicating quality issues
What You Need to Bring to the Medical Assembler 1st & 2nd Shift Role:- 3+ years of medical device manufacturing experience required
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Strong visual inspection and dimensional measurement experience
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently #BCjobs
