Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Medical Administrative Assistant to support the Optometry Clinic at Reid Medical Clinic.
Play an important role in providing organized, efficient patient services to our military community.
Position Highlights
Monday–Friday schedule
No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

Position Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
High School Diploma or GED
Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training)
Strong administrative and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient appointments and referrals
Maintain medical records and administrative documents
Assist patients with scheduling and clinic inquiries
Support daily optometry clinic operations
Help provide exceptional administrative support to those who serve!
