    Monday–Friday | Day Shift
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to support a growing healthcare technology organization in Clearwater, FL. This position plays a key role in coordinating patient information, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities, and assisting multiple departments with administrative projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring data accuracy.
    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and track patient-related documentation, records, and administrative processes.
    • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Prepare reports and assist with distributing information to internal teams and external healthcare partners.
    • Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries from patients, providers, and business partners.
    • Support data management efforts by reviewing records for completeness and accuracy.
    • Assist with CRM updates, record maintenance, and information audits.
    • Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, and related logistics for team initiatives.
    • Assist with project tracking, follow-up activities, and departmental administrative support.
    • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
    • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous administrative, coordinator, customer service, or healthcare support experience.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to learn new software platforms and business processes quickly.
    • Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or electronic record systems is a plus.
    • Healthcare, medical office, or regulated industry experience preferred.
