Responsibilities:
Assist with managing patient referrals, medical records, and treatment plans.
Maintain detailed spreadsheets and ensure documentation accuracy.
Generate patient status reports for physicians and office staff.
Communicate with patients and doctors offices regarding updates and documentation.
Maintain and audit CRM systems for accurate information.
Assist with marketing initiatives and lead generation projects.
Coordinate virtual and onsite meetings and logistics.
Organize files, projects, and confidential documentation.
Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations teams.
Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, digital fax systems, and project management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently.
Administrative or healthcare office experience preferred.
