Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social & Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our media initiatives across both B2C and B2B channels. This role is responsible for effectively planning, managing, executing, and reporting on all paid media activities-spanning traditional and non-traditional platforms-to drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative thinking and has a proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns aligned with brand and revenue goals.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90 - $100K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
