Media Planner/Buyer

We are seeking a result-driven and detail-oriented Media Planner/Buyer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic media plans across various digital and traditional platforms, ensuring optimal ad placement and performance. Your expertise in media buying, campaign management, budgeting, and analytics will drive brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative advertising solutions.

• Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with marketing objectives, focusing on performance marketing and print advertising when applicable
• Negotiate purchasing terms with media vendors to secure the best rates while maintaining campaign quality and reach
• Utilize ad delivery systems supported by technical teams to ensure accurate ad placement and delivery
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends in digital marketing and online advertising
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate campaign strategies, results, and insights effectively
• Create advertising Purchase Orders on AHP Intranet
• Submit finalized monthly budgets for management approval
• Reconcile Invoices to Purchase Orders and submit them to Accounts Payable for payment
• Consult with local offices about ad content and frequency of design changes
• Submit ad design requests to the internal creative design team through an online request system
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and new ideas.
