    About the Role

    We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Media Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of media, SEO, and digital communications, helping us scale our outreach operations, expand media partnerships, and optimize content distribution globally.

    What You’ll Do
    • Streamline and automate the process of collecting and managing media databases
    • Identify relevant web resources and evaluate them using key SEO metrics (Domain Rating, traffic, topical relevance)
    • Build targeted contact lists and launch high-performing outreach campaigns
    • Optimize and scale communication workflows with publishers and media partners
    • Use automation tools to enhance outreach efficiency
    • Track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and implement continuous improvements


    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of similar professional experience 
    • Experience with Ahrefs or Serpstat
    • Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Netpeak Spider, or similar SEO tools
    • Understanding of technical and content audits (a plus)
    • Experience working with CMS platforms and AI tools
    • Ability to analyze backlink profiles and competitor link strategies
    • Proficiency in building contact databases and executing email outreach campaigns
    • Native or bilingual English level
    • Confident use of Google Sheets, including formulas and text functions
    • Hands-on experience with tools like GMass, Snov.io, or similar (a plus)
