We're hiring a Media Ad Buyer / Digital Marketer to manage and optimize our paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This is a "roll up your sleeves" role: you'll execute campaigns the way we want them run, while bringing your own strategic ideas to the table to improve performance over time. You'll have real ownership of our ad accounts and a direct line to the results that drive the business.

Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Implement campaigns to our specifications and brand standards
Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creative to hit our goals
Bring forward strategic recommendations to optimize spend, lower cost per lead, and improve conversion rates
Set up and maintain tracking, conversions, and reporting so we always know what's working
Stay current on platform updates and advertising policies including the stricter rules that apply to insurance and Medicare advertising
Collaborate with our team to keep messaging accurate, compliant, and on-brand
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Comfort reading data and making decisions based on performance metrics
A self-starter who can execute reliably and think strategically
Strong attention to detail, especially around budgets, targeting, and compliance
Clear communicator who can explain results and recommendations in plain language
Reliable, in-office team player who takes ownership of their work
