RNs will be performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, providing patient and family education, and coordinating care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. RNs will provide direct care to diverse adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, which include pre- or post-operative care, respiratory illnesses, infections, cardiac conditions, diabetes, renal disease, and orthopedic procedures.
