Location: East Grand Rapids, MI 49506 (On-site)
Schedule: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 12-hour shifts | Every other weekend
Pay: $42-$58/hr DOE

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Deliver safe nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice standards
Assess patients, identify clinical needs, and implement individualized plans of care
Communicate and collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure continuity of care
Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and safety
Complete accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
Support discharge planning, patient education, and care coordination needs
Participate in quality initiatives, safety practices, and professional development activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Required: Active Michigan RN license
Required: BLS (AHA or ARC; per facility timelines)
Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN completion timing may apply per facility guidelines)
Preferred: ACLS
Preferred: NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and ability to stay organized under pressure
Comfortable working in a busy inpatient environment with competing priorities
