Location: Niles, MI 49120 (On-site)
Schedule: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 12-hour shifts | Every other weekend
Pay: DOE $38/hr - $52/hr

Responsibilities

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational policies
Complete patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
Perform required point-of-care testing and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Educate patients/families and support discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions of care
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and protect patient confidentiality
Delegate appropriately to support staff to ensure safe, efficient care delivery
Participate in unit safety initiatives, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development
