A Pennsylvania defense firm is adding a senior medical malpractice defense attorney to its Philadelphia office, hybrid, two to three days downtown and the rest from home, which makes it workable from King of Prussia, the Main Line and Montgomery County.
You will first-chair med-mal cases for physicians and hospitals through trial, with a trial roughly every month or two, and manage your own carrier and client relationships.
Substantial med-mal defense experience and first-chair jury trials required. Pennsylvania admission required; New Jersey a plus. Some portable business expected at this level. Plaintiff-side history is fine. Compensation set to experience.
