This unique leadership opportunity combines 50% administrative leadership and 50% clinical practice, allowing you to influence strategy, mentor the next generation of physicians, and continue providing meaningful patient care. The position includes a faculty appointment with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

This is a salaried position. While compensation is presented as an hourly rate for consistency across our postings, this position is paid on a salary basis. The hiring range reflects a good faith estimate of pay for this position as of the posting date. Actual pay will be determined based on qualifications, location, internal equity, and other factors that may include hire bonuses, incentive pay plans, loan repayment, administrative stipends, or relocation.

• MD or DO; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
• Fellowship trained and board certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
• Minimum three years of palliative care practice experience
• Minimum two years of physician leadership experience
• Eligible for appointment to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine
