Mechanical Engineer
Location: Broken Arrow, OK

About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. This position works closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and purchasing teams to design, document, and support mechanical systems for manufacturing and certification purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical design, CAD drafting, and pressure vessel design software.

Key Responsibilities
Develop mechanical designs and detailed drawings for new and existing products.
Create component specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Convert sketches and conceptual layouts into detailed engineering drawings.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and certification materials.
Conduct mechanical inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection methods.
Participate in customer and vendor meetings regarding designs and specifications.
Collaborate with Professional Engineer (PE) firms and certification agencies.
Maintain a strong safety-first mindset and follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
3+ years of mechanical design and CAD drafting experience.
2+ years of experience with Codeware COMPRESS.
2+ years of experience with SolidWorks.
Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems.
Understanding of project scheduling and custom manufacturing environments.
Preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT) registration.

Work Environment
Office-based role with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor.
Welding and fabrication environment with exposure to industrial conditions.
PPE required when working in production areas.
