Key Responsibilities Assemble complex automated machinery, systems, and sub-assemblies from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsInstall pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical componentsCollaborate with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment functions per specificationsPerform mechanical troubleshooting, alignment, and precision adjustment of moving componentsAssist in testing, debugging, and system startup activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport field service teams with equipment installation and commissioning when required Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or GED; a technical certification or associate’s degree is preferred and 5+ years of experience building automated machinery, packaging equipment, or industrial systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical prints, and pneumatic schematicsProficient with hand tools, precision measuring devices, and power toolsExperience with robotics or motion systems (preferred)Familiarity with our design software (Inventor and Vault) or just CAD experience (preferred)
