? Industrial Maintenance Technicians Wanted
We are actively seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on role working with advanced industrial systems—ideal for technicians with strong experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments .
If you have experience maintaining high-speed automation, conveyors, robotics, and industrial equipment , this is an opportunity to work at a cutting-edge site from day one.
✅ Required Experience (No Exceptions)
+ Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility
+ Proven experience working with:
+ Automated conveyor systems
+ Industrial automation and/or robotics
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting
? Key Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
+ Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems
+ Support a 24/7 high-volume industrial operation
+ Identify and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
+ Mentor less experienced technicians as needed
? Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with CMMS systems
+ Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs
+ Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards
+ Advanced troubleshooting in electrical and mechanical systems
? Compensation & Benefits
+ Starting pay: $30.55/hour
