    Symbotic powers major grocery distributors with high‑performance robotic warehouse systems. Our Centralia, WA operation is expanding—and we’re hiring a hands‑on technician who is dependable, curious, and eager to learn.

    Shift: Wed–Sat, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM | Level: Entry‑level with promotion pathways—We promote from within.

    What you’ll tackle

    • Maintain and service automated robotic vehicles, vertical lifts, and automated adapters.
    • Execute inspections, tune‑ups, and basic electro‑mechanical repairs.
    • Troubleshoot issues using wiring diagrams and test instruments (with supervisor guidance as needed).
    • Document all work in the CMMS to ensure accurate history and handoffs.
    • Assist with Cell Operator duties when operations call for it.
    • Practice rigorous safety—OSHA standards, LOTO, and fall protection.

    Must‑haves

    • 1+ year of mechanical, electrical, or automation experience—or relevant technical schooling/certification.
    • Comfort reading basic schematics and following SOPs.
    • Consistent, reliable attendance.
    • Motivation to expand into PLCs, robotics, and deeper troubleshooting.
    • Ability to work independently and follow procedures without constant oversight.

    Work conditions

    • Active role with heights up to 45 ft.
    • Temperature range 32°–105°F.
    • Lift up to 50 lbs; PPE required.
    • FHN shift.
