    You keep complex automated equipment running—and make it better every week. Here’s how you’ll have impact from day one:

    Your impact

    • Decode PLC logic and ensure seamless handshakes between machines and cells.
    • Use secure internet VPN to connect to PLCs for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Diagnose and repair electrical faults using schematics, multimeters, amp probes, and meggers.
    • Elevate equipment performance through thoughtful, continuous-improvement modifications.
    • Integrate and support Panasonic and Motoman robots with PLC-controlled systems.
    • Jump on breakdowns—hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical—and get the line back up fast.
    • Research, select, and install upgrades or suitable replacements for obsolete components.
    • Work safely and productively within company policies; follow Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and Fall Protection procedures.
    • Champion root-cause fixes that improve quality and long-term reliability.
    • Bring and use your own tools to execute maintenance tasks.
    • Be available for mandatory overtime; other duties may be assigned by the company.

    • Downtime goes down; throughput and quality go up.
    • Controls and robotics talk flawlessly; handshakes are clean and verified.
    • Electrical issues are solved at the root, not just patched.
