Description

FieldBridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Shreveport, LA to work for the wold's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $25.00/hour | Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off | Day shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available. At $25/hr and 84 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of  $2,650 gross/week.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to maintain and service cementing equipment .This facility is the regional service and maintenance hub supporting active cementing operations across the Haynesville Shale and the broader ArkLaTex region — one of the most active and technically demanding natural gas plays in North America. In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy cementing equipment including high-pressure pumps, cementing trucks, bulk blending units, and associated components, ensuring every piece of equipment is service-ready before it heads to the well site. This is a shop-based role on a rotating day shift with no field travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain assigned cementing equipment according to the reliability centered maintenance strategy and Computerized Maintenance Management System, executing work orders with accuracy and completeness
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-pressure pumps, cementing trucks, mixing equipment, and related components between field jobs
  • Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history including movements, work orders, parts used, and time to maintain in TLM business systems
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce asset downtime, improve turnaround time, and lower cost of service delivery
  • Support failure investigations, implement planned repair and reuse of parts projects, and comply with TLM Competency Management System standards

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial, oilfield, or equipment maintenance environment
  • Familiarity with high-pressure pumps, hydraulic systems, and heavy mechanical equipment preferred
  • Ability to follow work orders, document maintenance activities, and maintain accurate records in a computerized maintenance management system
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment reliability and safety
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
