FieldBridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Midland, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Opportunty to earn weekly paychecks up to $2,650-$3,922 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Technicians to maintain and repair the heavy tractor and trailer fleet supporting oilfield service operations across the Permian Basin out of the Midland, TX base. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance on Peterbilt tractors, bulk trailers, Air Slide trailers, and cement pumps, diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical deficiencies using diagnostic tools, and conduct road calls in a company vehicle when equipment breaks down in the field. This is a shop and road-based role on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule with housing and meals provided on site. 2 positions available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on Peterbilt tractors, bulk trailers, Air Slide trailers, and cement pumps in compliance with maintenance program standards
  • Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical deficiencies using CAT ET, Cummins Insight, Davie Software, and Service Ranger diagnostic tools
  • Conduct road calls in a provided company vehicle to respond to fleet breakdowns in the field
  • Execute work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System, recording materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history accurately
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce asset downtime, improve turnaround time, and lower cost of service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tractor and trailer maintenance required
  • Experience with Peterbilt tractors, bulk trailers, Air Slide trailers, and cement pumps preferred
  • Familiarity with CAT ET, Cummins Insight, Davie Software, and Service Ranger diagnostic software preferred
  • HVAC knowledge preferred
  • Diesel maintenance background preferred; no certifications required
  • Oil and gas industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts on a 15 days on / 6 days off schedule including road calls
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
