Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 3-4 years + Mechanical assembly experience
• Quality Control and laser experience.
• Experience with Standard Operating Procedures and process requirements.
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Visual and Mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand and walk through a full work shift doing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for assembly, assemble parts
• Work with Laser machine
• Follow SOP's regarding acceptance criteria
• Perform visual inspection
• Perform mechanical assembly
• Perform final inspection
