What you'll do
Work from assignments issued by the Maintenance Supervisor, tackling maintenance tasks that keep production on track.
Respond to urgent equipment failures, repair swiftly and safely, and return assets to service.
Execute preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and document the root cause with recommended corrective actions; review your findings with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Independently perform mechanical work using industrial components and tools—belts, sprockets, chains, bearings, pulleys, and related hardware.
Obtain certification and operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts safely.
Assist with general labor and other tasks as needed.
Must-haves
High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate degree in a technical/industrial field from an accredited institution (preferred).
2 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent (required); 3+ years (preferred).
Knowledge of mechanical/maintenance concepts, equipment, and tools (preferred).
