    EXPERIENCE:

    • Degree in technical field (BSME/ BSIE preferred) or equivalent
    • 3-5 years experience
    • Strong manufacturing processes knowledge of, machined materials, ferrous castings, Fabrication and Welding
    • MS Office Suite proficiency required

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leading global strategic sourcing initiatives
    • Develop and execute on a comprehensive Asia Supply chain initiative targeting lowering material costs
    • Partner with the Asian sourcing teams to identify optimal global sourcing needs
    • Conduct market research and analysis to help identify new supply chain opportunities
    • Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and relationship management activities
    • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure the highest quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery of components and products
    • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers
    • Implement cost reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market dynamics to capitalize on cost-saving opportunities within categories in scope without compromising quality
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Development, and Operations, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment between procurement and business objectives
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, evaluate their performance regularly, and work collaboratively to address any performance issues
    • Actively participate in helping to build a high-performing team of procurement professionals
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members

    Must have:
