Mechanical Service Project Manager
Location: Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000+ Base Salary (DOE)Bonus: 10% Annual Bonus + Performance-Based Project Bonuses

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Project Manager to join a well-established and growing mechanical contractor serving the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing service projects, building strong client relationships, and driving profitable project outcomes.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll participate in a 10% annual bonus program, with the opportunity to earn an additional $25,000–$175,000+ annually through performance-based project bonuses.
Responsibilities
Manage mechanical service projects from award through closeout.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and materials.
Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and billing.
Prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation.
Work closely with field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Identify opportunities for additional service work and maintain long-term customer partnerships.
Communicate project status with customers, vendors, and internal leadership.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality expectations.
Qualifications
3+ years of Mechanical Service Project Management experience preferred.
Experience with commercial HVAC and/or mechanical service projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, estimating, scheduling, and project financials.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000+ (based on experience)
10% Annual Bonus Program
Typical Project Manager earns $25,000–$175,000+ annually in project performance bonuses
