Your Opportunity The Senior Project Engineer, Mechanical guides the mechanical technical design of projects as subject matter expert, mentor, and resource to the technical team. Position delegates, leads, and directs work of Project Engineers and Designers. Role will conceptualize, execute, and ensure quality throughout the design process to meet our clients needs and expectations. Your Key Responsibilities - Provide guidance to the lead discipline Designer for quality assurance of the project design - Provide oversight to the Project Engineer during the verification of technical specifications, evaluation of bids, and selection of suppliers and equipment - Participate in regular project reviews with all Project Managers and the Operations Director to review the Project Status Report and discuss and establish appropriate courses of action - Stamp engineering drawing for the Group - Lead discussions regarding engineering design philosophy, lessons learned and general discipline issues - Provide oversight and ensure proper documentation of the Groups overall QA/QC compliance for all projects - Participate in bi-monthly meetings with the Technical Director to assist in developing company engineering standards, procedures, and processes; resolve firm-wide discipline-specific issues - Conduct a Post Project Review for a sampling of projects within the group - Develop and maintain discipline engineering standard documentation unique to their disci
