JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Completion tool structure design: Responsible for the full-process design and development of completion tools such as dissolvable bridge plugs, sliding sleeves, and downhole control mechanisms, including 3D modeling, engineering drawing, and tolerance analysis;
Mechanical calculation & simulation: Conduct elasto-plastic mechanics, non-linear contact analysis, and large-deformation seal simulation (ANSYS/Abaqus) under downhole high-temperature, high-pressure, and complex loading conditions to optimize tool reliability;
Test validation & failure analysis: Develop product indoor performance test plans, lead test execution, and conduct in-depth mechanism review and failure analysis on test/field failure cases, proposing targeted improvement measures;
Technical accumulation & knowledge base: Summarize design experience, calculation models, and test data from R&D, prepare standardized design guidelines, calculation specifications, and patent disclosure documents, and establish R&D archives and technical review database;
Frontier technology & material tracking: Track frontier technologies such as dissolvable metal/composite/polymer materials and intelligent completion, and promote engineering application of new technologies in completion products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Mechanics, Petroleum Engineering with a focus on downhole tools, or related disciplines.
Professional Skills:
2.1 Strong foundation in mechanics of materials, elastic-plastic mechanics, and contact mechanics;
2.2 Familiarity with commonly used metallic and polymer materials; experience in sealing rubber or dissolvable materials research is preferred;
2.3 Proficiency in relevant engineering software for 3D modeling, structural stress analysis, and nonlinear contact simulation.
