This company has built a strong reputation across the region for delivering complex commercial and industrial mechanical systems projects — and they're growing.If you're a seasoned mechanical PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values a collaborative team culture, and wants to work with a company that consistently wins high-profile projects, this is worth a conversation.What You'll Be Doing Managing mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryCoordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on trackDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost reportsLeading submittal and RFI processes and managing owner/GC relationshipsParticipating in buyout, procurement, and subcontractor managementSupporting estimating and preconstruction efforts on new bids as neededWhat They\'re Looking For 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or related)Proven track record managing commercial or industrial projects ranging from $1M–$20M+Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction drawings, and specificationsProficiency with project management software (Procore, Viewpoint, or similar)Excellent communication skills with both field teams and executive stakeholdersA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experienceWhy This Role?
