Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial HVAC/Piping

Run commercial mechanical projects for a well-established St. Louis contractor, with a clear path into design-build and preconstruction.

What you'll do:

• Manage commercial HVAC, piping and plumbing projects from start to closeout
• Own schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs and change orders
• Coordinate with field leaders, engineers, general contractors and owners
• Track costs and keep projects profitable
• Get involved in design-build and preconstruction work as you grow

What you bring:

• Experience as a project manager, assistant project manager or project engineer with a mechanical contractor (we welcome mid-level and earlier-career candidates)
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, piping and plumbing systems
• A degree in construction management, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Organization, follow-through and strong communication
