Mechanical Project Manager (SC - MechBRimPM) Birmingham, England Salary: GBP75000 - GBP85000 per annumMechanical Project ManagerA leading Tier 1 M&E contractor is looking to strengthen its Midlands delivery team with the appointment of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.What You'll Be Joining A well-established Tier 1 M&E contractor with a strong industry reputationA secure pipeline of projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands regionAn experienced operational and commercial team with a collaborative approachA business committed to professional development and internal progressionProjects ranging from large commercial developments through to technically challenging specialist schemesWhat You'll Be Doing Taking ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completionManaging site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partnersWorking closely with commercial and design departments to ensure successful project deliveryBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersMonitoring programme performance, quality standards and project costsSupporting commissioning activities and overseeing final handoverIdentifying risks, resolving issues and ensuring projects remain on trackWhat We're Looking For A strong understanding of HVAC, public health and mechanical systemsExperience working for an M&E contractor or building services specialistCommercial awareness and the ability to manage project budgets effectivelyStrong communication and leadership skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approach to project deliveryPackage Pension SchemeDiamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
