Project Coordinator | Construction Support | Mechanical Projects

A growing organization supporting construction and engineering operations is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with project execution from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and operations teams to keep projects moving, documentation accurate, and timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mechanical and plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
• Manage permits and inspections, including application tracking and follow-ups
• Coordinate submittals, documentation, and project records within construction management systems
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through
• Maintain up-to-date project files and assist with closeout documentation
• Provide support across operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Anticipate issues and proactively help resolve challenges before they impact the project

What You Bring:

• Experience in construction coordination, project support, or a related role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable working with construction management software and general office tools
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
