This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coordinating field operations, developing teams, maintaining safety, and delivering high-quality mechanical piping installations on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for industrial mechanical piping projects.
- Supervise foremen, craft personnel, subcontractors, and field staff.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and scheduling.
- Maintain project safety, quality, and production goals.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project success.
- Review drawings and coordinate installation activities.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule.
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of mechanical piping construction experience.
- Industrial construction experience required.
- Strong leadership and scheduling abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven history of delivering projects safely and efficiently.
