What success looks like

• Confidently supporting production equipment on the floor
• Spotting issues early and troubleshooting mechanical problems
• Capturing accurate data in simple computer systems
• Working independently when needed and jumping in to help the team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving
• Team player who can also work solo
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Open to flexible hours and overtime when needed
