Mechanical Metrology & Calibration Team Lead

Location: 400 Main Street, Ashland, MA 01721

Step into a day that blends precision, problem-solving, and leadership

You arrive at our Ashland campus and check the calibration dashboard: a set of torque wrenches is due today, two load cells need on-site verification, and a customer audit is scheduled for this afternoon. You review purchase orders in JD Edwards (JDE) for new gage blocks, confirm external vendor turnaround times, and queue up a MET/CAL sequence you wrote last week using Fluke Editor. Before lunch, you’re in the lab running dimensional checks on micrometers and height gages; after lunch, you’re with auditors, confidently walking through ISO/IEC 17025-compliant records in MET/TEAM and our Fluke Customer Portal. By day’s end, you’ve published a Crystal Reports summary of KPIs, overdue instruments, and monthly turn-time—closing the loop for our engineering and quality teams.
