Key Responsibilities
Develop processes and work instructions for build-to-print parts.
Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities and support production ramp-up.
Support machined component and complex assembly development.
Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), facility layouts, and assembly line layouts.
Drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize flow.
Act as a hands-on resource with broad capability across fabrication, welding, and machining.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Associate’s in Engineering Technology with equivalent experience.
7–12 years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
Experience with machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes.
Strong skills in process development, BOMs, and work instructions.
Lean/Kaizen mindset and proven success driving continuous improvement.
Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
